Nexvio was built around a simple frustration: you can stand in front of a house and have no idea what it's worth without pulling up a browser, searching an address, and navigating multiple sites. We think that's backwards.

The problem

Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial decisions most people ever make — yet the tools haven't kept up. Estimated values are buried in apps, listing data lives on a dozen different websites, and agents spend valuable client time looking things up instead of advising.

Point your phone at any house and instantly see its estimated value, listing status, beds, baths, square footage, and price history — overlaid directly on the building in augmented reality. No searching. No typing. No app to download.

How it works

GPS + compass pinpoints you

Your device's GPS locates you on the map and your compass tells us exactly which direction you're facing. Together they let us calculate which buildings are in your field of view.

We identify every building nearby

The app maps every building within range using OpenStreetMap positioning — free and instant, so nothing is ever missing — then enriches each one with real property data the moment you tap it, via a live MLS data partnership with ATTOM Data as a secondary source.

Property data appears in real time

Estimated values, listing status, beds, baths, square footage, and price history float as AR overlays anchored to the actual buildings in your camera view. Tap any pill for the full detail card.

Everything stays with you

Save properties, set price change alerts, run mortgage estimates, and — for agents — generate branded client share links with built-in lead capture. All of it works offline for saved properties.

No app download required — Nexvio is a Progressive Web App. Add it to your home screen from any modern mobile browser — nothing to install, always up to date.
Works offline — Saved properties and their data are cached locally so you can pull up details even without a signal — useful in basements, rural areas, or spotty coverage zones.
Data you can trust — Property data comes from a live MLS data partnership, with ATTOM Data Solutions — the same source used by mortgage lenders and appraisers — as a secondary source. Building positions use OpenStreetMap, so every property shows up even before its full data loads.
Built for agents, usable by everyone — The free tier gives casual users 10 AR views a day at no cost. The Agent tier unlocks unlimited views, price alerts, Walk Score data, branded client share pages, a lead inbox, and comparable sales reports.

Nexvio started as a personal project born out of the experience of buying a home and realizing how fragmented and frustrating the process of understanding property values really is. The vision is simple: make real estate data as easy to access as pointing a camera at a building.

The app is built on SvelteKit, powered by ATTOM Data, and runs entirely in the browser as a PWA — a deliberate choice that eliminates the friction of app store downloads and puts the full AR experience one tap away from a shared link.
